Betty Frazier

Elizabeth Jean (Feser) Frazier was born on August 16, 1931, near Defiance, Iowa, to Anton Feser and Elizabeth (Dresen) Feser. She was baptized and confirmed at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Defiance. She graduated from St. Paul High School in Defiance in 1949. On January 2, 1952, she was united in      marriage to Otis “Junie” Frazier at St. Peter’s Church in Defiance, Iowa.  The couple made their home in Dunlap and four children were born to this union: Randy, Margie, Judy and Dick. Betty enjoyed being a stay-at-home mom and raising her children.

Betty was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Dunlap. She was also a member of the Alter Society for many years. She loved the Nebraska Huskers and being a grandma.

Betty died on Thursday, November 15, 2018, at the Rose Vista Nursing Home in Woodbine, Iowa attaining the age of 87 years, two months and 30 days.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Otis Raymond Frazier; five brothers, James, John, Norbert, Charles and Kenneth Feser; five sisters, Velma Fuhrman, Virginia    Goeres, Arlene Michel, Grace Tremel and Ruth Gross. She is survived by her four children, Randy Frazier and his wife Linda of Dunlap, Iowa, Margie and her husband Joe Glassburner of Carroll, Iowa, Judy and her husband Marty Kramolisch of   Elkhorn, Nebraska, and Dick Frazier and his wife Diana of   Dunlap, Iowa; 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; two  sisters, Maxine Klein of Audubon, Iowa and Marie Prichot of Hazelwood, Missouri; and many other relatives and friends.
