Beulah Mae (Fisher) Malone was born November 8, 1912, to Frank and Glenna (Haines) Fisher in Dunlap, Iowa. She attended country school near Dunlap. She went to work for the Liscomb family and this is how she met her future husband, Marion Malone. The couple were married on September 15, 1935. They farmed in the Dow City and Dunlap areas.
Beulah enjoyed quilting, gardening, sewing, and cooking Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners.
Beulah died on June 5, 2004, at Lindenwood Nursing Home in Omaha, Nebraska at the age of 91 years, six months, and 28 days.
Beulah was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter Ruth Ann Malone; son Arlos Malone; two granddaughters Debbie Malone and Lisa Malone; grandson Steven Malone; and three brothers Richard, Arlos, and Embert Fisher. She is survived by three children Vic Malone and his wife Jayna of Dunlap, IA, Mary and her husband Calvin Glidden of Omaha, NE, Beth and her husband Jim Sommer of Omaha, NE; eight grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; three sisters Rose & her husband Borden Dow of Tacoma, WA, Betty Burke of Hemet, CA and Ruth Anderson of Idaho Falls, ID; brother Coleman Fisher & his wife Inga of Denver, CO and many other relatives and friends.
