Beverly Culver

Beverly Ann Woodward Culver was born on October 24, 1950 in Moorhead, Iowa to parents Clarence & Joy (Butts) Woodward. She grew up in Pisgah and graduated from West Harrison High School in 1968. She started working with the headstart in 1976 and has taken Early Childhood Development Classes through Iowa Western Community College. She was currently a Social Service Parent Involvement Coordinator for headstart and covered 13 counties. Bev married Keith Culver on February 16, 1988 at the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Dow City. The couple lived east of Dunlap on the Culver family farm.
Bev was a member of the St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Dunlap. Bev loved to be outside taking care of their acreage and their horses.
Bev died on Friday, September 23, 2005 near their home in an auto accident at the age of 54 years, ten months and 30 days of age.
Bev was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband Keith Culver of Dunlap, Iowa; three children Tom DeLance Jr. and his friend Keri Taylor of Danbury, Iowa, Scott DeLance and his wife Brenda of Council Bluffs, Iowa and Julie and her husband John Miller of Kearney, Nebraska; two step children Brian Culver and his wife Liz of Omaha and Colleen and her husband Marty Marten of Denison, Iowa; 9 grandchildren; brother Jerry Woodward and his wife Donna of Council Bluffs, Iowa and many other relatives and friends.
