Carol Janice Milisen was born on December 13, 1931, to Charles and Ada (Martin) Milisen in Omaha, Nebraska. Carol was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Carol died at Rose Vista Nursing home on August 14, 2019, attaining the age of 87 years, eight months and one day.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by friend and caretaker, Brenda Adjalle and other relatives and friends.

A private burial will be held for Carol at the Memorial Park Cemetery, in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
