Cindy Lou (Black) Boham was born on February 15, 1957, to Dorothy (Carpenter) and Fred L. Black in Pisgah, Iowa. She grew up Woodbine, Iowa and graduated from Woodbine High School in 1975. After high school Cindy moved to Dunlap and was a waitress in Denison at the Eat More Caf�. Cindy then worked in road construction for 13 years. She also drove a truck for Omni Engineering and Western Engineering. She was currently working at the Kum & Go in Harlan, Iowa. In 1985, Cindy married Charlie Mohn. The couple lived hear Kirkman, Iowa and then moved to Irwin, Iowa. Charlie died December 12, 2002. On June 19, 2004, Cindy married Larry Boham. The couple lived in Irwin, Iowa. Cindy enjoyed dancing, music, and gambling.

Cindy died on Saturday, July 9, 2005, at Missouri Valley Community Hospital in Missouri Valley, Iowa attaining the age of 48 years, four months, and 24 days.

Cindy was preceded in death by her father on December 18, 1987; her husband, Charles Mohn on December 12, 2002; sister, Shirley Black; and step-daughter, Heidi Boham. She is survived by her husband, Larry; children, Misty and her husband Phillip Pool of Kimballton, Iowa, Tiffany and her husband Calvin Wehr of Harlan, Iowa, Matthew Mohn of Irwin, Iowa, Tina and her husband Louie Schwery, of Woodbine, Iowa, Terry Mohn of Woodbine, Iowa; step-daughters Holly Boham of Brigham City, Utah, Abby Boham of Sioux City, Iowa; nine grandchildren; mother, Dorothy Black of Woodbine, Iowa; four brothers, Dick Black of Logan, Iowa, Kenneth Black and his wife Sandy of Carter Lake, Iowa, Marvin Black of Florida, Norman Black and his wife Kathy of Omaha, Nebraska; sister, Marilyn and her husband Chuck Hexom of Malvern, Iowa; and many other relatives and friends.
