Frederick Carroll Radloff was born October 3, 1947 to Fritz and Margaret Radloff in Council Bluffs, Iowa. He was raised in the Hardscratch and Pisgah areas and attended school in Pisgah. Fred farmed with his parents as well as Harvey Leisinger. He also drove a truck for Faye Wiltse, worked at Schemmers Rock Quarry, Goberson & Smith Bridge Construction, Help, Inc., Rawson & Sons Roofing, Thunderbird Trucking and Monarch Oil. He retired from Monarch Oil in 2011. Fred married Nancy Holsapple on December 22, 1978, at the Pisgah RLDS Church.

Fred liked to work on cars and was considered a very good backyard mechanic. He also loved to play with his grandkids.

Fred died on Wednesday, June 17, 2015, at Immanuel Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska at the age of 67 years, eight months and 14 days.

Fred was preceded in death by his parents and two infant sons, Brian and Scott Radloff. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Radlof of Pisgah, Iowa; three children, Adam Radloff of Pisgah, Iowa, Nick Radloff of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Jessica Radloff of Council Bluffs, Iowa; three grandchildren; two brothers, Jim Radloff and Michael Radloff of Ute, Iowa; sister, Bonnie and her husband Paul Davis of Missouri Valley, Iowa; and many other relatives and friends.
